We, Don and Mary
Kay Rich, opened the restaurant in 1995. After 26 years in the Chicagoland restaurant business, 22 of which were
at Bimbo's Restaurant in Palatine, Illinois, Don brought his cooking expertise to our own restaurant. His speciality
is Northern Italian cuisine.
Mary Kay has numerous behind
the scenes restaurant duties, and she does hostessing on the weekends.
